Hamara Safar - Our Journey

Every sawari starts with someone who feels like family.

RajSawari isn’t just our name — a sawari is a ride, a journey shared. Twelve years in, that’s still the only thing we’re really in the business of.

The road so far.

A short version of a longer story — twelve years, one steady promise.

Two cars, one landline, and hotel doormen who trusted us with their guests.

The Chowk — where it began

An office the size of a courtyard, near the old city gate.

In Rajasthan, the chowk — the courtyard — is where a family gathers, where guests are welcomed before they’ve even set down their bags. That’s the spirit RajSawari was built around, long before it was a fleet of cars.

A father and son picking up hotel guests who needed someone reliable at odd hours. No app, no dispatch software — just a phone number people trusted enough to pass along to the next traveller.

What scaled from there was never the number of cars. It was apnapan — the sense that you’re being looked after, not just driven.

Guests don't remember the car. They remember whether they were treated like mehmaan — like a guest in someone's own home.

Atithi Devo Bhava — the guest is god.

An old Indian saying, and the closest thing RajSawari has to a mission statement. Here’s what it actually looks like on the road.

Mehmaan Nawazi, not just service

Guest care first — knowing your flight time matters more than knowing the shortest route.

One fare, told upfront

No meter surprises, ever.

Cars checked weekly

AC, tyres, cleanliness — no exceptions.

Local by birth

Every driver grew up on these roads.

Someone always picks up

Call or WhatsApp any hour — a real person from our team answers, not a queue.

The Udaipur our drivers grew up in.

Not the postcard version — the one they’ll actually point out to you along the way.

Come see for yourself.

Book your first sawari with us and judge us the way we’d want to be judged — by how you’re treated, not just how you’re driven.
